• Participate in providing solutions for client engagements
• Establish and provide leadership of work using strong communication and documentation skills
• Provide direction and detail to global team members to enable task completion
• Monitor and review work completed by team
• Design, code, test, document, and deploy solutions
• Follow and contribute to technical processes, coding standards, and guidelines
• Participate in the enhancement of technical and team leadership practices
• Manage tasks across concurrent projects with professional status reporting, escalation, process adherence

• Anticipate client needs before they arise and present possible solutions or recommendations

• Personal passion for development and learning
• Experience converting designs and wireframes to responsive interfaces using modern web technologies (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript) Required
• Experience developing using modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Salesforce Lightning Design System, Ionic, etc.) Required
• Experience across development and cloud based technologies including object-oriented languages, and the Salesforce technology stack (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL) Other activities as assigned.
